All orders enter our fulfillment pipeline within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and official holidays) after you receive your automated order confirmation email.

Once our internal quality control teams inspect and verify your items, your package is securely prepared and handed over to our express international courier networks. You will receive a separate digital notification containing tracking links the moment your package officially leaves the warehouse.

Please note: Internal warehouse processing time is separate from transit and shipping duration estimates.

2. Operational Origin & International Fulfillment Disclosure

To maintain absolute compliance and honesty with our global consumers and regulatory networks, please note our logistics structure:

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • United States, United Kingdom, European Union & Major Destinations: 7–12 business days.
  • India (Domestic Region): 14–28 business days.

Disclaimer: While our courier networks maintain an exceptional on-time delivery rate, all posted delivery windows are structured as estimates. Occasional transit extensions may occur due to extreme weather, regional logistics surges, or localized customs clearance bottlenecks.

4. Real-Time Order Tracking & Monitoring

The moment your package ships out, our system automatically transmits a dedicated confirmation email containing a unique tracking number and an interactive tracking link. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the shipping carrier's database to update and display tracking milestones.

If you have not physically received your package within 15 business days of receiving your shipment confirmation email, please contact our support desk immediately at support@homeyviz.com with your full name and Order ID number (e.g., #1001). Our tracking team will immediately open an official investigation with the courier to secure your delivery.

5. International Customs, Import Duties, and Localized Taxes

We provide full door-to-door delivery. However, depending on your target destination country's import legalities, your package may occasionally be subject to localized import duties, customs fees, or regional consumption taxes (such as VAT or GST) administered upon arrival in your territory.

These localized regulatory charges are calculated independently by your government's customs office. Homeyviz.com and Auto Sprint AI Solutions have no authority over these fees and are not responsible for handling them; any such compliance charges are the sole legal responsibility of the customer.

6. Delivery Limitations to P.O. Boxes

Certain global express logistics networks enforce strict handling limitations regarding deliveries addressed to P.O. Boxes. If an item you ordered cannot be safely processed or delivered to a P.O. Box address, our customer care desk will immediately hold the item and contact you via email to request an alternative physical delivery address.

7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • Damaged Items: If your order arrives shattered, broken, or defective, please email us within 48 hours of delivery at support@homeyviz.com. Include your Order ID number along with clear, uncropped photographic or video evidence of the item's condition. We evaluate cases immediately and will arrange a free replacement or complete refund.
  • Lost or Stolen Shipments: Once an item transfers into the active possession of our shipping carrier, the package's transit security is managed by that carrier. HomeyViz is not legally liable for packages stolen post-delivery. However, if your tracking history stalls completely for over 5 consecutive days or displays a "Delivered" status but you have not received it, reach out to us right away so we can file an official carrier claim and assist you.
