At HomeyViz, we want you to absolutely love your purchase! If you are not completely satisfied with your e-commerce experience, we are here to make it right.

HomeyViz.com is owned, operated, and managed under our legally registered corporate entity, Auto Sprint AI Solutions. This Returns & Refund Policy governs all products purchased through our platform. We offer a transparent 14-day return window, which means you have 14 days after the physical delivery of your item to request an official return.

1. Return Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a successful return and receive a full refund, your item must meet the following strict criteria:

  • The merchandise must be in the exact, pristine condition that you received it.
  • The item must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and alter-free.
  • All original tags, labels, and protective elements must remain attached.
  • The item must be sealed inside its original retail packaging.
  • The request must be accompanied by the original receipt, invoice, or valid digital proof of purchase.

2. How to Initiate a Return Case

To protect your consumer rights and ensure smooth tracking, please do not mail packages back to our warehouses without prior authorization. Unauthorized returns cannot be processed.

  1. Submit Request: Contact our centralized support desk via email at support@homeyviz.com to initiate your request. Please include your full name, Order ID number (e.g., #1001), and the reason for the return.
  2. Receive Authorization: If your return request is approved by our logistics team, we will send you an authorized Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) along with detailed step-by-step instructions on how and where to ship your package.
  3. Dispatch Package: Securely package the item and ship it back to the designated fulfillment address provided in your authorization email.

3. Return Shipping Fees & Restocking Costs

To provide absolute transparency in compliance with global consumer protection standards:

  • Defective or Damaged Items: If an item arrives broken, defective, or incorrect due to our error, HomeyViz covers 100% of the return shipping expenses or dispatches a free replacement immediately at no cost to you.
  • Change of Mind / Customer Choice: For standard returns based on personal preference, fit, or change of mind, the customer is responsible for covering the direct costs of return shipping labels.
  • Restocking Fees: HomeyViz does not charge any restocking fees or administrative handling fees for processing returned inventory.

4. Damages, Defects, and Order Issues

Please thoroughly inspect your order immediately upon physical arrival. If you discover that an item is shattered, defective, malfunctioning, or different from what you ordered, contact us immediately at support@homeyviz.com. We will evaluate the damage and expedite a corrective resolution (such as an immediate replacement or refund) as quickly as possible.

5. Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

Certain categories of merchandise cannot be returned due to health, safety, and customization regulations. These exclusions include:

  • Custom-made products, personalized items, or special bulk corporate orders.
  • Perishable goods, personal care items (such as cosmetic or hygienic products), and hazardous materials or liquids.
  • Gift cards and promotional items marked as final sale.

6. Exchanges

The most efficient path to securing an exchange is to return the item currently in your possession using the standard return workflow. Once your return package is received, inspected, and formally accepted by our team, you can independently place a separate, new order for the preferred item directly on our storefront.

7. European Union Consumers (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

If your merchandise is being imported and delivered into the European Union, you possess an unconditional legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of physical receipt for any reason whatsoever, without required justification. The same baseline criteria apply: the item must remain completely unused, enclosed within its original packaging, and include valid proof of purchase.

8. The Refund Process & Timelines

  • Inspection Phase: Upon physical delivery at our intake facility, our inspection team will evaluate the item. We will automatically notify you via email to confirm that your package has arrived and state whether your refund has been officially approved.
  • Execution Phase: If the return passes inspection and is approved, your refund will be automatically executed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Banking Delays: Please keep in mind that banking institutions, credit card networks, and payment gateways can take an additional 3 to 5 business days to process and permanently post the funds back into your available account balance.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was officially approved by our help center and you have not received your credit, please contact our support desk immediately at support@homeyviz.com.
