Q: My order arrived broken or defective. What should I do?

We stand behind the quality of our products. In the rare event that an item is damaged during transit, please email support@homeyviz.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include your name, order number, and a clear photo or brief video of the damage, and our team will rush a brand-new replacement out to you free of charge.

Q: Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

To maintain our fast shipping speeds, our fulfillment center begins packing orders almost immediately. Because of this, any modifications, address corrections, or cancellations must be requested before the tracking number is generated or within 12 hours of order placement. Please email support@homeyviz.com immediately if you need to make a change, and we will do our absolute best to intercept it.
